As cleanup efforts continue in areas hardest hit by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, Miracle-Ear® and the Miracle-Ear Foundation® want to help victims in Texas and Florida who may have lost or damaged their hearing aids during the storms.
Through October 31, 2017, we will waive the loss and damage warranty fee for our customers who purchased hearing aids and are within their warranty period, so they can get necessary replacements without any additional expense.
To file a claim for a no charge replacement of a hearing aid lost or damaged beyond repair during the recent storms, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-800-241-1372 or email@example.com.
For Miracle-Ear customers who have older hearing aids and need financial help, the Miracle-Ear Foundation may provide support.
