It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. When purchasing your hearing aids, you'll receive:
Free Clean and Checks
Your quarterly clean and checks are extremely important to keep your hearing aids working properly. They include:
- A test of all hearing aid components for proper functioning
- A thorough cleaning of each hearing aid
- A check for proper fit of your hearing aids
- A review of your wearing schedule and listening experience
- An ear inspection, to check for earwax buildup
- The installation of a fresh battery in each hearing aid
Free Repairs and Adjustments
While you're in for your clean and checks, we'll also make any programming adjustments to your hearing aids to make sure you're hearing exactly what you want to be hearing. Outside of these checkups, you can always bring your hearing aids in to your location for any necessary repairs, which are covered by your 3-year warranty*.
Free Annual Hearing Test
It shouldn't be a surprise that your hearing continues to change, even after you start wearing hearing aids. This is why we also see you once a year for your annual hearing test. If you're hearing has in fact changed, we'll make any necessary adjustments so that you're hearing aids are keeping up with you.
This free service and care is crucial to the proper functioning of your Miracle-Ear hearing aids and can be performed at any one of our locations. Remember, if you purchased at a Miracle-Ear location, you can get your check-ups from any Miracle-Ear location across the country.
