Since I have started in the hearing industry, I have discovered that my passion for helping people has led me into a career that I love. With over 20 years of customer service experience, I am enthusiastic to meet and learn about every patient.
Over several years I have witnessed the struggles my parents went through due to my father's hearing loss. It led to many frustrating conversations between them. Since my father's �tting with hearing aids, I have seen a huge change in their relationship. There are no more misunderstandings of what was said. Plus he gets to enjoy a greater quality of life and so does my mother.

This is my 15th year in the hearing healthcare business and I simply cannot believe how far we have come and the remarkable improvements we have witnessed, not only in the Miracle-Ear product, but also in the processes we use to create the amazing results we deliver for our customers.
With the support of my wife Jinette and the amazing people on our team, we have grown what started out as a small hearing aid practice in Western Wisconsin, to our current operation consisting of more than 40 locations in 3 states.

Hello! My name is Cortney Windsor, and I am the Patient Care Manager for our Hayward and Ashland offices. I was born and raised in Black River Falls, Wi. and moved to Hayward, Wi. just over a year ago. I have recently graduated from Independence University/Stevens Henager College, with my AOS in Medical Specialties, and obtained my Certified Medical Administration (CMA) in April, 2017.
It has been my pleasure to be a part of the Miracle Ear team. Each day I am touched by the many changes and stories I see and hear from the patients, and how we have helped them to hear better. I look forward to helping each and every customer achieve the best hearing possible. So, how can we improve your quality of life starting today?
I have had very professional and positive experiences with the help, testing person Karen at Hayward WI office. Am very satisfied with the outcome and treatment received, and with all the additional merchandise included in the hearing aid package.
I think the best feature of my aids is the ability to shut out the background noise. I find that when I am in a crowd I have a hard time hearing. When I shut out the crowd I can hear great. I also like the volume control. With 3 granddaughters who are always loud I can turn down and then if watching TV can turn back up.I went to a funeral lately and was so loud had to turn down hearing aids. Then of course I couldn't hear so turned out back ground noise and was great. I really love my hearing aids.
