Natalia Martin Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
Natalia has experience working as an applied behavioral analyst for young children with autism and other speech communication disorders. She also has volunteered at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Natalia chose to become a Hearing Specialist because of a long history of hereditary hearing loss.
Natalia graduated from Ohio State University where she majored in Speech and Hearing Science and Minored in Spanish and Business. While attending OSU she started up a woman's health and fitness organization. She was also part of the Kappa Delta Sorority Chapter.
Natalia loves to travel, cook and watch sports. Natalia is slowly becoming a Chicago Sports fan, but she still will always cheer for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Go Browns and Buckeyes!

Julie Redmond Front Office Associate
Julie has been in the healthcare industry for over 35 years. She has worked for Miracle-Ear for 19 years now and has a wealth of experience as a Front Office Associate.
She spent some time in college and then decided to move to Chicago. After 15 years out of school, she returned to school to train as an EMT and was state certified as an Emergency Medical Technician.
Julie enjoys reading, walking, and gardening. She loves ancient history and has recently visited Egypt and took a boat trip down the Nile.
