Ross Burke Hearing Instrument Specialist

Ross Burke is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at Miracle Ear Hearing Center in Medina Ohio. Ross is a 2004 graduate of Cleveland State University and has been in the industry for over 13 years now. Ross strives to provide the best hearing care to each and every customer and is very dedicated to his craft. He is extremely compassionate about the needs of people with hearing loss due to his grandfather's difficulties and understands how it affects the loved ones around them.

In his spare time Ross enjoys bike riding with his girlfriend and is an avid Cleveland sports fan.

Liz Belik Martketing Coordinator

Liz is the Marketing Coordinator at the Miracle-Ear office in Medina, Ohio. She started with Miracle-Ear back in 2002 and has been working in the customer service industry her entire life. She is Miracle-Ear Certified and has been chosen twice as Marketing Coordinator of the Year. Liz has also received awards on setting appointments. Her favorite part about working for Miracle-Ear is getting to meet new people. She loves her patients. She states, I love watching someone's face when they are first fit with hearing aids and can really hear certain sounds for the first time".

This is my 34th year in the hearing healthcare business. It's hard to believe that I've spent a third of a century and two-thirds of my life helping people hear better. I can't think of a more rewarding career.

I come from a hearing aid family. My father opened the very first Miracle-Ear business and was instrumental in developing the franchise system. I grew up in the business and when it was time to go off to college, audiology was the natural choice for a career. After graduate school, I worked with Dad in his business and watched him grow his company into a multiple-office practice. In 1992 the opportunity came available for me to start my own company, taking over a four-office Miracle-Ear business.

The little company that we started here in Cincinnati has now been in business for 24 years and has grown to 36 offices in three states. In these 24 years, we have helped over 50,000 people. That's a lot of happy ears!

And they are happy. Once again this year we have earned the coveted Better Business Bureau A+ Rating. That's 15 years in a row that we have earned the top spot with the BBB.

And while I'm bragging on our company, I'm proud to say that every one of our staff - front office staff as well as Hearing Aid Specialists - has successfully completed the stringent requirements of the new Miracle-Ear Certification program. We are the only company in our industry to offer this comprehensive certification. It gives our patients the assurance that we are uniquely qualified to serve them.

I am profoundly grateful for every one of our patients who has trusted us with their hearing over the years. I strive to earn that trust every day.
