I came to America with a dream of being successful in life. America has offered me everything I need to become who I am today. After moving to America, I noticed that I was having difficulty in communication. I was struggling in school which led me to seek help from my academic advisor to discuss the issues that I was facing. He recommended that I get my hearing checked. I was surprised to find out that I had a severe hearing loss. I worked hard to finally be able to visit my local Miracle-Ear owned by Mr. Barry Finlay.
I was fit with a Miracle-Ear and I was able to acquire a better job as an Area Manager for JP&I Inc. I started feeling more confident and was able to communicate better.
By getting the appropriate help to manage my hearing loss, I am successfully able to communicate in three languages. I have been educated by Mr. Finlay who has 38 years of experience in Hearing Instrumentation and who has trained numerous professionals. With all the knowledge of Mr. Finlay's pioneered fitting processes that I am privileged to be able to use, I can help anyone hear better - even in noisy environments.

Autumn Mirza is the Patient Care Manager at Miracle-Ear Missoula and Miracle-Ear Hamilton. Here is her story in her own words:
I feel very privileged to be working for a great care-center like Miracle-Ear. I take pride in the fact that I am the first face that our patients get to see when they walk in, and that I can communicate with them in a way that makes them feel more welcomed when they first step inside our doors. I take my responsibilities to our patients very seriously and work hard to earn their trust and respect when it comes to addressing their concerns or questions. I seek the answers to the questions that our patients have and make sure that they are addressed in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
I love when our patients emerge from the back room with jubilant smiles on their faces after they have realized what Miracle-Ear can do for them to improve their quality of life in hearing. It's a wonderful feeling to be working for a care-center that is truly concerned for their patient�s well-being and hearing health. I strive to make a positive, memorable impression on every person that walks through our doors during the day and I love it when our patients leave our office cheerful and content with what they have experienced during their time with us.

Scott Welch is the Hearing Care Provider at the Missoula and Hamilton office; his vast experience of Hearing Aid Fitting guarantees his patients of better hearing. Here is his story in his own words:
For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to help people in a major way however I did not always know in what way that was. My parents were always ones who answered any questions or comment with "huh?"� or "what?"� no matter what was said which led me to choose a profession that helped the hearing impaired.
I sat down with my now current mentor, Barry Finlay, to see how the process works and how I can help. The patient was an elderly woman who hadn't heard much in last 40 years and she had her daughter there with her. After my mentor put the first pair of hearing aids on her, the daughter spoke to her and they both started to cry. Later, the patient took me aside and told me, "You have no idea what it feels like to not be able to hear for most of your life and then have it all come back to you. Nothing beats that." That was the moment I knew I wanted to be a Hearing Care Provider. Working with the hearing impaired for the last few years has been a very rewarding experience for me. Seeing people's faces brighten up when they are able to hear their spouse of grandchildren is the most marvelous thing to witness and brings a smile to my face every day. I am proud to be a part of that process and my main goal is to provide the best quality of care for each individual that I see.
My grandmothers' depression has almost been completely eliminated. She is more outgoing and willing to be in a social setting. I wish we would have got her in years ago. The care has been excellent. The staff has taken more time to make my grandma feel comfortable with her hearing aids than I would have expected. They go beyond their duties even after the sale.
I love my new hearing aids because I can hear much better. The care I've received has been great. They are very accommodating
I can hear and understand what my kids are saying. I can hear all the sounds I've been missing. I have received very good care at Miracle Ear.
I didn't know my hearing was as bad as it is until I got my hearing aids and could hear the sounds around me. I have received excellent care at Miracle Ear.
I like my hearing aids. They help me a lot and I don't what I'd do without them. They're the first things on put on in the morning and the last thing I take off at night.
It is wonderful to hear again. I enjoy going to a concert and hear the piano and the singers. I enjoy feeding the cats because I can hear them talking to me.
Miracle Ear has helped me do everyday things. I have been able to hear so much clearer. I thought that my car was nearly soundproof until I put in my hearing aids for the first time. I can hear actual conversations that my friends have and I can hear the dogs when they ask to come in. Best of all, I can hear the notes that I am singing in my choir class. That was the greatest thing of all, being able to hear what I am singing. It has helped me feel the passion in my voice and gave me the confidence to sing a difficult solo for our last performance of the semester
I love my new aids because they are comfortable and my hearing is so much improved. It is nice to hear what people are saying.
I never realized how much I was missing. I can hear the turn signal in my truck, the gravel as I walk through it. I enjoy hearing the sounds I've been missing. I actually have to tell my wife to tone down, I can hear her well. The care I've received has been absolutely the best. They have a great staff that really cares and more than willing to answer any questions.
I realized how much I was missing when my granddaughter said "Grandma you just say what all the time." I got a hearing test and hearing aids and I don't say what anymore. I don't miss those special things in life. The care I've received has been the best! I've had the best care and any issues with my hearing aids have been solved quickly and very professionally.
I can now hear the conversation and be able to get more involved with people. They have made a difference to be able to hear for a change. The care I've received has been excellent. They have really helped to understand how the hearing aids works.
