Mark Vensil is a Hearing Instrument Specialist who has been with Miracle-Ear® since 2001. He has helped hundreds of individuals reach their goals of better hearing, which is his passion for the profession. He has numerous performance and customer satisfaction awards throughout his career and takes great pride in providing the best service available.

On the weekends, Mark enjoys golfing, boating, camping and watching the Buckeyes and Browns. Most of all Mark loves spending time with his family.

Chessie Davenport is the Marketing Coordinator for the Miracle-Ear offices in Heath and Zanesville, Ohio. She grew up in New Jersey and moved to Ohio in 1991. She has completed classes in Office Management and Accounting. After working for a local doctor for seven years, Chessie joined the Miracle-Ear family in 2008. Chessie goes out into the community doing hearing screenings and educating people on hearing loss. She loves meeting new people and helping to bring people to better hearing.

In her spare time, Chessie enjoys watching movies, reading Stephen King books, and spending time with her family.

This is my 34th year in the hearing healthcare business. It's hard to believe that I've spent a third of a century and two-thirds of my life helping people hear better. I can't think of a more rewarding career.

I come from a hearing aid family. My father opened the very first Miracle-Ear business and was instrumental in developing the franchise system. I grew up in the business and when it was time to go off to college, audiology was the natural choice for a career. After graduate school, I worked with Dad in his business and watched him grow his company into a multiple-office practice. In 1992 the opportunity came available for me to start my own company, taking over a four-office Miracle-Ear business.

The little company that we started here in Cincinnati has now been in business for 24 years and has grown to 36 offices in three states. In these 24 years, we have helped over 50,000 people. That's a lot of happy ears!

And they are happy. Once again this year we have earned the coveted Better Business Bureau A+ Rating. That's 15 years in a row that we have earned the top spot with the BBB.

And while I'm bragging on our company, I'm proud to say that every one of our staff - front office staff as well as Hearing Aid Specialists - has successfully completed the stringent requirements of the new Miracle-Ear Certification program. We are the only company in our industry to offer this comprehensive certification. It gives our patients the assurance that we are uniquely qualified to serve them.

I am profoundly grateful for every one of our patients who has trusted us with their hearing over the years. I strive to earn that trust every day.
