I have roughly 12 years experience as a Patient Care Coordinator. I started with Miracle-Ear in 2010 when the office was in Aurora and moved with the store to the current location in Naperville in 2014!

Credentials

Miracle-Ear is an industry leader when it comes to training its staff and I am so pleased to say that I am current in my Miracle-Ear Certification requirements. My patients should have peace of mind knowing that they are getting quality care at the Naperville office!

I am a state licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist - I provide and interpret hearing tests for the purpose of prescribing hearing instruments. I have had the opportunity to provide excellent care at many Miracle-Ear locations across the state of Illinois.

Credentials

I graduated with a degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and started my professional career as a Financial Advisor for John Hancock. Deafness runs in my family and when I saw an opportunity to directly help the hearing impaired I decided to switch career paths and became the Director of Patient Care for Miracle-Ear and since then I have not looked back!

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
