I joined Miracle-Ear in 2006 as a result of the opportunity and success my brother Scott experienced with Miracle-Ear. It was his passion and commitment to helping others that got me excited about this adventure. He encouraged me to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. I worked with him for 6 years until starting my own franchise in Central Minnesota.

I now operate locations in Alexandria, St. Cloud, Willmar and service all of Central Minnesota. As of 2024 I now am a franchise owner in part of South Dakota, with fulltime offices in Sioux Falls & Aberdeen. Being with a leader like Miracle-Ear is very exciting and I'm confident I made the right choice. My experience and skill combined with the Miracle-Ear's unrivaled technology allows me to help people with even the most profound hearing loss to hear clearly again.

Hearing health has always been a strong interest of mine and what better way to facilitate my skills then to help people within my community with both of my passions. I started my journey with Miracle-Ear January of 2017 and am now a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Parking nearby We are located between Division St (Hwy 23) and 2nd St on 33rd Ave S. We have parking available in front of our office.

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
