As I prepared to retire from my first career from a large electronics company, I looked around to decide what I would like to do next. A friend advised me to look into the hearing industry. I proceeded to investigate the various hearing aid manufacturers of the day and interviewed a number of Owners, CEOs, and Engineers. I was pleased with the direction of the technology of the day; however, Miracle-Ear was the one that had the very best Customer Service protocol.
I completed my formal training, received my State License to be a Hearing Instrument Specialist and began my career in the hearing care industry in 1992. My son, Max, joined me in the business in 1996. Our family has now spent over 23 years working to improve the lives of those that are hearing impaired. We are very pleased to be a part of the Miracle-Ear network that has over 65 years of hearing innovation in hearing technology, a lifetime of aftercare service for Miracle-Ear hearing aids and over 1200 locations across the country, ensuring outstanding care and service wherever you live or travel.
With all this said, you may still ask why you should turn to Miracle-Ear for help. Advancements in technology are constant, and our product continues to evolve. Recent announcements gave us the ClearVation technology. Many people that were already wearing really good hearing aids found that the ClearVation was a giant step above. It is my desire for me to give all my patients the ability to experience all the wonderful things life has to offer. I know that those suffering from hearing loss are missing out on many of life’s precious moments. I can’t express the true joy I feel when I see the expression on the patients’ face when they clearly hear a conversation with a loved one for the first time in years.
I am very fortunate to have a great family. My wife and I have 3 children, 6 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. We enjoy spending time together in both work and play.
