In 1988, I joined the Miracle-Ear family and have been providing care for patients in Central Pennsylvania ever since. I have been the proud franchise owner of the Lancaster County Miracle-Ear Centers since 1995. I've grown the practice over the years and now have 3 professional centers in Lancaster, Akron, and Willow Street. We continue to hold the Better Business Bureau A+ Rating and for that, I am very proud.

Credentials

I am a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania. In addition, I am a certified Audioprosthologist and I hold my National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences and I am both a member of the International Hearing Society and Pennsylvania Hearing Aid Alliance. I have am trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and am proficient with all audiometric equipment to service your needs.

Jay Slembarski brings more than 20 years of experience to each consultation with his patients and he has both the expertise and experience to benefit each person he works with. While experience is a vital part of his effectiveness, his ability to connect and develop a relationship with his patients is clearly an advantage in helping solve the complex needs of each individual.

Jay is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the State of Pennsylvania. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
