Wesley is the owner of the Miracle-Ear Franchise in Southeastern New Mexico. He began his hearing aid career in 1987 after leaving the US Army. He moved to Roswell, NM in 1991 to open the local Miracle-Ear Hearing Center.

Lyndsay was born and raised in Carlsbad, NM. She began her career in healthcare after graduating from Carlsbad High. For the next 10 years, she served in various capacities at local skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. Continuing her desire to serve, she found interest in putting her love of technology, healthcare, and language to use as a Professional Hearing Instrument Specialist so she contacted Miracle-Ear where she was immediately hired on.

Lyndsay is licensed by the New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board and is a Fully Certified Miracle-Ear Technology Consultant. Lyndsay is a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, an alum of Leadership Eddy County, and a member of 2018 Forty under Forty class. Background

Kelli grew up in Carlsbad where she discovered her love for helping others. She moved away for several years before returning to accompany her husband, Wesley.

Kelli's career has bridged several service areas. After graduating from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service she went on to study theology at Oral Roberts University focusing on Grief Counseling. Kelli has used her skills in other areas including proficiently fitting orthotics and prosthetics. She joined Miracle-Ear in 2005 when she moved back to New Mexico to focus on her family.

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
