Professional Experience

Wade is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and is also licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist by the Georgia Secretary of State. Wade has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received his Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. He has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
As a second-generation Hearing Professional with over 30 years of experience and hearing aid user for over 30 years, Wade is uniquely capable of taking care of anyone that may be experiencing hearing loss. He understands the challenges that can occur with untreated hearing loss, and he has the expertise to change lives through better hearing. Wade is a father of 4 children, a VFR Pilot, PADI certified diver, and a 25-year International Hearing Society All Star.
He is licensed in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, and is committed to helping those suffering from hearing loss.

While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
