Credentials

Rochelle received her Bachelor's Degree from Southern Oregon University in 2012, before joining Miracle-Ear. She has been through extensive training through the International Hearing Society and Miracle-Ear to prepare her to best serve her patients with the best care possible. She has a great passion for helping others and serving their hearing needs.

Favorite Part of Working with Miracle-Ear

She has seen firsthand how someone missing out through hearing can affect their quality of life and wants to make sure everyone can hear the wonderful sounds of life. Rochelle is always accepting new patients and welcomes the opportunity to help anyone that is experiencing hearing loss.

Mercedes has had extensive Customer Service experience for over 10 years. “I know Customer Service is my true passion. When I saw the opportunity to be able to do what I love, but also get to know my community better, I knew this was the right fit. Being able to improve someone's life by giving them the gift of sound has also brought more joy into my life by knowing I am making a difference.” Her favorite part of her work day is getting to catch up with patients.

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
