Dolores has been with Miracle-Ear since 2002. She is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Fitter and Dispenser by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. In addition, Dolores has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. She has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Dolores is from Houston. She has six grandchildren that she loves to spend time with, and she and her husband love to cook and have people over. She also volunteers at her church. Dolores is dedicated to providing her patients with excellent care, and has been recognized by Miracle-Ear with a Customer Service Award.

Professional Experience

Austin Green has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received his Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. In addition, he has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Austin was raised in Slidell, Louisiana with his parents and two younger siblings. His goal growing up was to find a profession where he could make a difference and help people. He attended Louisiana State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. Austin was in Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity where he was able to make life-long friends and participate in multiple charity and community service events.
Austin and wife Jenna, an elementary school teacher, met in high school and have a golden retriever puppy named Waylon. When not working, they spend time with family and friends. They also love to travel and be outdoors whenever they can. Time spent with his father and grandfathers growing up formed his moral beliefs, his faith, and his love for all people. He believes that being able to help someone hear again is amazing, but getting to know them and watch their life improve is even better.

It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
