Professional Experience

Mary-Randall has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. She has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in Deaf Education from Washington University in St. Louis.
Mary-Randall has always had a deep passion for serving others. She has the certification of State of Missouri Teaching Certification in Deaf Education for ages birth – 21. With a background in Deaf Education, she brings valuable insights into the intricate relationship between our ears and the brain, driving her commitment to promoting hearing health.

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
