Phyllis has been with Miracle-Ear since 1995.

Credentials

Phyllis has 22 years experience as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is licensed by the State of Indiana and is a member of the International Hearing Society. Phyllis is Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Her undergraduate education was at Calvin College, Grand Rapids, MI and she continues to receive education in hearing health care throughout each year of her practice.

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
