Leticia is a life-long resident of Roswell, NM. She graduated from Roswell High and immediately began helping people. For almost two decades she honed her skills with optical prosthetics. In 2013 she discovered that her talents and skills could be used in the underserved hearing aid field and when Miracle-Ear offered her a position she jumped at the chance.

Nancy is a recent transplant from the Windy City of Chicago. There she raised a family of no less than 5 children. She moved to Southeastern New Mexico in the fall of 2014 to be closer to family. Upon arriving in Roswell she quickly found her way to Miracle-Ear where she was immediately offered the position of Patient Care Coordinator.

Nancy's professional career spans a vast array of experiences from manufacturing to a healthcare call center. Her attention to detail and incredible desire to serve makes her, hands down, one of the most outstanding Patient Care Coordinators in the country.

Background

Wesley is the owner of the Miracle-Ear Franchise in Southeastern New Mexico. He began his hearing aid career in 1987 after leaving the US Army. He moved to Roswell, NM in 1991 to open the local Miracle-Ear Hearing Center.

Wesley has been a practicing Hearing Instrument Specialist for over 30 years. Kelli grew up in Carlsbad where she discovered her love for helping others. She moved away for several years before returning to accompany her husband, Wesley.

Kelli's career has bridged several service areas. After graduating from the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service she went on to study theology at Oral Roberts University focusing on Grief Counseling. Kelli has used her skills in other areas including proficiently fitting orthotics and prosthetics. She joined Miracle-Ear in 2005 when she moved back to New Mexico to focus on her family.

While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
