Jennifer is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist by the California Department of Consumer Affairs. She has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received her Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. She has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.

Professional Experience

Eric has always enjoyed working with people and decided a career in health care would be a good fit. As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, he is able to help people with hearing loss and their families every day. He loves his job and is passionate about it. The field of hearing healthcare is constantly changing, and he is passionate about being a technology expert in order to fit the right hearing aids to meet the needs of your hearing loss.
Eric really enjoys watching and playing sports such as college football (Fresno State), NFL, NBA, and some soccer. Collecting NFL trading cards is one of his hobbies. He has also been a chess player all his life. He often plays games online when he wants to practice and relax. Don't be shy if you want to challenge him to a game.
He began as a Hearing Aid Dispenser in 2003 and has worked with Miracle-Ear the entire time. Before choosing hearing aids as a career, he previously worked in computer graphic design for automotive graphics.

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
