Meet our Company Management Team

My name is Tim Toomey and my partners are Jason White and Ron White. We are the owners of the Miracle-Ear stores located in Alabama. We have been helping people to hear better for over 19 years. We started with one office in Enterprise in 2000 and have grown to offer fifteen convenient locations throughout Alabama. During the growth, we adhered to the fundamental principles of providing the best hearing healthcare and outstanding service to our patients.

Introduction

Both Ron and I are both retired military with over 43 years of combined service. We are all active in their local church and community. All of us have served or are serving on the Board of Directors for the Alabama Society for Hearing Healthcare Professionals and all of our professional team members are active in the Society. I currently serve as a Director on the National Board of the Miracle-Ear Foundation and each franchise location actively participates in the Miracle-Ear Foundation.

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
