Ron is the Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at the Miracle-Ear offices in Lewis Center and Delware, Ohio. He started working for Miracle-Ear in 2000. His favorite part about working for Miracle-Ear is listening to his patients talk about all the different sounds they can finally hear and the funny stories that go along with them. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, travel and spending time with his family.

Chrissy is the Marketing Coordinator for the Lewis Center Miracle-Ear® office. She handles many of the day to day operations of the office, in addition to her front desk duties. From the time you call their office to schedule your appointment, to the moment your visit is complete, Chrissy ensures that you are properly cared for. She has been with Miracle-Ear® since 2008. She is happy to answer your questions. With Chrissy's help, you will experience a seamless visit with a personal touch.

This is my 34th year in the hearing healthcare business. It's hard to believe that I've spent a third of a century and two-thirds of my life helping people hear better. I can't think of a more rewarding career.

I come from a hearing aid family. My father opened the very first Miracle-Ear business and was instrumental in developing the franchise system. I grew up in the business and when it was time to go off to college, audiology was the natural choice for a career. After graduate school, I worked with Dad in his business and watched him grow his company into a multiple-office practice. In 1992 the opportunity came available for me to start my own company, taking over a four-office Miracle-Ear business.

The little company that we started here in Cincinnati has now been in business for 24 years and has grown to 36 offices in three states. In these 24 years, we have helped over 50,000 people. That's a lot of happy ears!

And they are happy. Once again this year we have earned the coveted Better Business Bureau A+ Rating. That's 15 years in a row that we have earned the top spot with the BBB.

And while I'm bragging on our company, I'm proud to say that every one of our staff - front office staff as well as Hearing Aid Specialists - has successfully completed the stringent requirements of the new Miracle-Ear Certification program. We are the only company in our industry to offer this comprehensive certification. It gives our patients the assurance that we are uniquely qualified to serve them.

I am profoundly grateful for every one of our patients who has trusted us with their hearing over the years. I strive to earn that trust every day.
