Since joining the Miracle-Ear team, I have seen people from all walks of life come through our doors looking to improve not only their hearing, but their overall quality of life as well. Simply knowing that we get to play a small role in their journey is a humbling honor, & it is one of the main reasons I joined the Miracle-Ear team.
Outside of the office, I enjoy frequenting local coffee shops or breweries with friends. Lazy Sundays are what dreams are made of, & most of those days consist of baking or trying out a new recipe in the kitchen (when you visit, bring in your favorite recipe for me to try!). I love traveling & exploring new places, & I hope to do more of it in the future- next stop, Alaska!

Since I have started in the hearing industry, I have discovered that my passion for helping people has led me into a career that I love. With over 20 years of customer service experience, I am enthusiastic to meet and learn about every patient.
Over several years I have witnessed the struggles my parents went through due to my father's hearing loss. It led to many frustrating conversations between them. Since my father's �tting with hearing aids, I have seen a huge change in their relationship. There are no more misunderstandings of what was said. Plus he gets to enjoy a greater quality of life and so does my mother.

This is my 15th year in the hearing healthcare business and I simply cannot believe how far we have come and the remarkable improvements we have witnessed, not only in the Miracle-Ear product but also in the processes we use to create the amazing results we deliver for our customers.
With the support of my wife Jinette and the amazing people on our team, we have grown what started out as a small hearing aid practice in Western Wisconsin, to our current operation consisting of more than 40 locations in 3 states.
We know you have a choice when purchasing hearing aids and we work hard every day to deliver the quality product and exceptional service you deserve. Life is too short and the road too long to trust your hearing to anyone other than Miracle-Ear.
I'm proud to say that every member of our staff - Front Office Staff as well as Hearing Aid Specialists - have successfully completed the stringent requirements of the new Miracle-Ear Certification program.
