Donald struggled with hearing loss for several years. He was getting frustrated that he could not hear his family and friends. Communicating with everyone was becoming exceedingly difficult for him. Donald was always asking everyone to repeat things to him. Growing more frustrated, Donald decided to reach out to Miracle-Ear in Altoona, PA.
Miracle-Ear Hearing Specialist Tony tested Donald and confirmed the need for hearing aids but quickly determined that the cost of hearing aids was out of his reach. Tony suggested that he apply to the Miracle-Ear Foundation, and he was approved and fitted with donated hearing aids as well as life-time aftercare.
Donald has had hearing loss for years and his loved one are thrilled to not have to holler at him.
Donald is thrilled with his new hearing aids. He is so excited to be able to communicate better with his family and friends. Donald is looking forward to not having them holler at him all day long. Donald is grateful for the help Tony and the Miracle Ear Foundation has given her with the gift of sound.
