Professional Experience

Michael Worley is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. In addition, he has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received his Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. He has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, Deep Canal Impressions, Cerumen Management, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Michael started with Miracle-Ear in 2014 and has received numerous awards over the years for providing amazing customer service, in addition to receiving the Miracle Maker award for his dedication to the Miracle-Ear Foundation. He is also an active member of the International Hearing Society. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
