Kayla has spent the last 4 years helping patients of all ages, making them happy, healthy, and confident within the Community. Today, she is now helping patients by giving them the gift of sound and reconnecting them with their loved ones. Kayla received her Bachelor's Degree (BS) from the University of Scranton. Additionally, Kayla is in the process of receiving her Master's Degree (MS) from the University of Scranton.

Shawn McNamara grew up in Northeastern PA. Has over 38 years’ experience in the Hearing Health Industry. He has dedicated his life to serving the hearing impaired. Shawn & his brother, Shane purchased the local Miracle-Ear franchise from their father 13 years ago. In that time, they opened 3 more offices and trained a team of professionals to assist with your hearing healthcare needs.

Credentials

A member of the Pennsylvania Hearing Healthcare Association and the International Hearing Society. Shawn and his staff have been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear, have received Miracle-Ear Professional Certifications, are trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and are proficient with all audiometric equipment to service your needs.

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
