Professional Experience

Austin Green is licensed as a Hearing Instrument Fitter and Dispenser by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. He has been through extensive training with Miracle-Ear and has received his Miracle-Ear Professional Certification. In addition, he has also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs.
Austin was raised in Slidell, Louisiana with his parents and two younger siblings. His goal growing up was to find a profession where he could make a difference and help people. He attended Louisiana State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. Austin was in Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity where he was able to make life-long friends and participate in multiple charity and community service events.
Austin and wife Jenna, an elementary school teacher, met in high school and have a golden retriever puppy named Waylon. When not working they spend time with family and friends. They also love to travel and be outdoors whenever they can. Time spent with his father and grandfathers growing up formed his moral beliefs, faith, and his love for all people. He believes that being able to help someone hear again is amazing, but getting to know them and watch their life improve is even better.

Victoria is fully trained and completely certified by Miracle-Ear as a Professional Assistant. She has over thirteen years of customer service experience. Victoria is from Louisiana, better known as “Crawfish Paradise,” where she also attended school. She enjoys fishing, hunting, reading, football and spending time with her family.

While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
