Professional Experience

Viola was born and raised in California, but moved to Klamath Falls in 2002. She worked in the city's schools and as a manager for a drug and alcohol counseling facility, all the while realizing her passion for helping, cultivating and educating the community to better the world for her two children and two grandsons. Viola and her mother found Miracle-Ear about a year and a half ago when she discovered they needed hearing aids. She uses her own story to connect and help her patients.

Viola rules her life by her faith in God and her love for family. In her free time, she loves building her fantasy football team, staying active with outdoor activities and spending time with her family and friends. She also loves hiking to nearby waterfalls on the weekends.

Kellie grew up in Toledo, OR where she was heavily involved in the community and looks forward to becoming more involved in Klamath Falls. She has been in the customer service industry since 2012, starting as a FOA for a high end spa on the coast. In her time in the field, the most common question she is asked is how to say her last name. It is pronounced, Re-Nick-Shh-Us.

About Kellie

Kellie moved to Klamath Falls in 2015 to work on her education. She recently bought a house with her partner, Bob. They also have 2 dogs, Bowser and Rosalina, and two cats, Boo and Blooper. In her free time, she love to cook and bake, as well as play video games and hike to nearby waterfalls on the weekends.

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
