Betty has passed the Board Certification credentials test. She has a Hearing Instrument Specialist license for Nebraska and Iowa. She is also LMS certified and is the Vice President of the Nebraska Hearing Association. She is a recipient of the Rick Frasier Hearing Professional of the Year award. She has also received many team recognition awards for top level store and personal performance.

It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
