Lisa Lucas is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist at Hear Clear, Inc. (Miracle-Ear in Willow Grove, PA), and she is responsible for conducting hearing tests and fitting hearing aids for Miracle-Ear customers. Lisa takes pride in changing the quality of customers' lives "one little ear at a time." Lisa is well known in the hearing aid industry across America, and has been a guest speaker at the national Miracle Ear Yearly Conference.

Lisa has been with Miracle Ear for over 10 years. Prior to joining the Miracle-Ear team in 2009, Lisa volunteered in a nursing home in Kansas City, Missouri, where she developed an appreciation for the struggles of residents who had difficulty hearing. Lisa resides in Burlington, New Jersey and has three adult children. She enjoys art, water colors, pastels, fishing, crocheting, knitting, gardening and baking homemade bread for homeless people.

She enjoys helping customers with hearing loss come to life with the assistance of a Miracle-Ear device, seeing them become more involved in conversations and providing a means for them to enjoy their lives more with better hearing.

Brian Rafferty is the president and owner of Hear Clear, Inc. (DBA Miracle-Ear). With five Miracle-Ear locations throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania, Brian's responsibilities include guiding and overseeing the daily operations and future growth of each Miracle-Ear center as well as the education and betterment of his team of professionals.

Credentials

Brian has a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Rutgers College of Pharmacy and worked for Eli Lilly & Co. as a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing before launching Hear Clear, Inc. in 2013. He is married with five children.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
