About

After spending my early adult life serving in the United States Air Force I began my career in the hearing healthcare field with Miracle-Ear in 2004. Both experiences have shaped my life in a way that I am exceptionally thankful for. I've dedicated my life to serving others and I can’t think of a better way to provide that service than by being a part of the Miracle-Ear family. I find myself both proud and humbled to be a part of such a noble profession.

Why I Love Miracle-Ear

At Miracle-Ear our mission is to restore relationships that have been damaged as a result of the often devastating communication challenges caused by hearing loss. We have a passion for helping our patients maintain their vitality and staying connected with the world around them and to the most important people in their lives.

It's About Family...

I’ve learned over the years that it's not about hearing aids. It’s about people and the personal relationships that are so important to them. Hearing loss effects family members as much if not more than it does those who experience it. We understand this and specialize in taking care of the listening and communication needs of everyone that is impacted by hearing loss. If you or someone you care about is experiencing difficulty hearing, come in to talk with us. You'll like what you hear.

Professional Experience

I started with Miracle-Ear in March of 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator and was eager to learn the ropes of becoming a Hearing Aid Specialist. Prior to working at Miracle-Ear I spent most of my career in the restaurant industry working my way up to General Manager.

Favorite Part of Working With Miracle-Ear

My favorite part about working for Miracle-Ear is building lasting relationships and helping our clients reconnect with friends and family.

Fun Facts About Me

I was born and raised in Indiana and moved to Ohio in September 2021. When I’m not catching up on Days of Our Lives I enjoy taking my pug to the lake. I’ll never turn down going to a football or baseball game and I love venturing into neighboring cities to try new things!

Hearing loss

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.
