I started with Miracle-Ear in our Scheduling Center and loved the company and our mission so much that I studied to become a Hearing Specialist. Now I get the opportunity to learn more about my patients and build relationships with them which I absolutely love!

Hearing loss

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.

2 Masks are optional. Wear a mask if this makes you feel comfortable and safe. We have some available as well, by request.

You will never be just a number, you will be family, which is why we stress our ongoing aftercare & services. In order to keep you hearing with ease we will regularly check in to see how you are doing with your aids as well as:
Check the fit of your hearing aids
Inspect your ears for earwax accumulation
Completely clean your hearing aids
Test all of the components of your hearing aids for proper functioning
Replace batteries with fresh ones
Review your wearing schedule and listening experience

A Professional and Honest Experience

After an easy, painless free hearing test,** our licensed hearing specialist will thoroughly review your results with you and your loved one. Many people don't realize how much hearing affects your brain and your overall health & wellness so that is why we make sure to take our time & answer any questions you might have about your results. If we find that you have a hearing loss and if we can help you we will recommend a hearing aid solution that works for your loss, your lifestyle, and your budget. But if we find that you do not have a hearing loss then, great! We'll let you know that too! But since your hearing can change over time we'll schedule you for another free exam in 1 year in order to help you stay on top of your hearing health!
