Professional Experience

This is my 18th year in the hearing healthcare business and I simply cannot believe how far we have come and the remarkable improvements we have witnessed, not only in the Miracle-Ear product, but also in the processes we use to create the amazing results we deliver for our customers.

Credentials

With the support of my wife Jinette and the amazing people on our team, we have grown what started out as a small hearing aid practice in Western Wisconsin, to our current operation consisting of more than 40 locations in 3 states.

Favorite Part of working with Miracle-Ear

We work hard every day to deliver the quality product and exceptional service you deserve. Life is too short and the road too long to trust your hearing to anyone other than Miracle-Ear.
Every member of our staff has successfully completed the stringent requirements of the Miracle-Ear Certification program. We are the only company in our industry to offer this comprehensive certification and gives our customers the assurance that we are uniquely qualified to serve them.

Hearing loss

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Hearing protection

At Miracle-Ear, we’re dedicated to helping you protect your hearing and the health of your ears. Our custom hearing protection solutions are tailored to specific activities and environments and custom made to the shape of your ears for maximum comfort. We offer custom hearing protection products for swimmers, hunters and music lovers.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Signs of Hearing Loss

The symptoms of hearing loss are not always obvious; you may not even realize that you have a problem. Here are a few questions that you may want to ask yourself:
Do you have difficulty hearing people speak over the phone?;
Is it hard for you to hear and understand individuals in crowded settings?;
Do you have to ask others to repeat themselves regularly?;
Is it hard for you to follow a conversation because you aren't clear on what is being said?;
If you answered yes to these questions or you've experienced similar symptoms, you may have some level of hearing loss. The good news is that 9 out of 10 people who suffer from some loss of hearing can be assisted through the use of the right hearing aid.
