I have a BA in Business Management from Marietta College. Started with Miracle-Ear in 2020. Formerly I was a Regional Sales Manager with a Manufacturing Company. I am a member of the International Hearing Society (IHS) and recently completed Dale Carnegie's “Service to Wow, Service to Sell” accredited training program.

Favorite Part of Working With Miracle-Ear

Helping people reconnect with family and friends. Giving them back the quality of life they deserve. I want to give them the best hearing I can give them and make it sound as natural as possible. Getting thanks and knowing I have achieved that is an awesome and rewarding feeling!

About

After spending my early adult life serving in the United States Air Force I began my career in the hearing healthcare field with Miracle-Ear in 2004. Both experiences have shaped my life in a way that I am exceptionally thankful for. I've dedicated my life to serving others and I can’t think of a better way to provide that service than by being a part of the Miracle-Ear family. I find myself both proud and humbled to be a part of such a noble profession.

I love interacting with our patients, getting to know them &helping them in any way I can. I am passionate about reaching out in our communities and raising awareness of the importance of hearing health to live our best lives! Working with the Miracle-Ear Foundation program allows me to be involved in giving the Gift of Sound to our recipients. There is no greater gift than to witness people connecting with their loved ones with the help of Miracle-Ear!

Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

2 Masks are optional. Wear a mask if this makes you feel comfortable and safe. We have some available as well, by request.

Check the fit of your hearing aids
Inspect your ears for earwax accumulation
Completely clean your hearing aids
Test all of the components of your hearing aids for proper functioning
Replace batteries with fresh ones
Review your wearing schedule and listening experience
