Ken has been a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist for nearly a decade. Ken joined the Miracle-Ear team in 2010, and is a Virginia Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and an active member of the International Hearing Society.

Credentials

A Vietnam Veteran originally from Washington state, Ken received his Bachelor's Degree from Mars Hill University and his Master's Degree from Hollins University. He's completed training and received his certification as a Miracle-Ear Consultant and Hearing Instrument Specialist, and is Board Certified and Licensed in the State of Virginia as a Hearing Aid Specialist. His primary goal is to continue to build on the enduring Miracle-Ear hearing healthcare reputation of excellence in Roanoke.

That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
