Terry's Miracle-Ear Foundation Story

Published on Aug, 10, 2021

Terry, a local resident of Gettysburg, has struggled with hearing loss for many years. He was getting frustrated that he could not communicate easily with his family and friends, especially his daughter and granddaughter. Terry was always asking everyone to repeat things to him. Growing tired of his struggled, Terry reached out to Miracle-Ear in Gettysburg, PA.

During Terry's evaluation, Miracle-Ear Hearing Specialist Lorrie confirmed the need for hearing aids but quickly determined that the cost of hearing aids was out of his reach. Lorrie suggested that he apply for assistance from the Miracle-Ear Foundation. Terry was approved and fitted with donated hearing aids, making him one of over 16,000 individuals that have been supported by the Miracle-Ear Foundation.
