Hi, Neighbor! I'm Dickie Billedeaux, owner and operator of your hometown Miracle-Ear. I am a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and I am a licensed Audioprosthologist BC-HIS in LA, TX, and MS. My wife, Carmen, and I opened Billedeaux Hearing Center in Lafayette, LA in 1999. After serving our hometown area for 12 years as independent hearing aid providers, we joined the Miracle-Ear family in 2011 and now own and operate 32 Miracle-Ear locations across LA, East TX, and MS.

Community

We believe that everyone has a duty to give back to their community. I have served as President of the Louisiana Society for Hearing Aid Specialists and I also serve on the board of directors and am a volunteer coach for our local youth sports organization. My wife and I also donate a percentage of every hearing aid we fit to the Miracle-Ear Foundation which provides hearing aids at no cost to people right here in the Hattiesburg area who can’t afford hearing help.

Morgan is a member of the International Hearing Society. Her proudest achievement is being awarded Provider of The Year for the Miracle-Ear Foundation program. She is the 2021 TOP PROVIDER in the nation. This was awarded to her for helping the most people in our community live a better quality of life with hearing aids.

Morgan takes great pride in her work to help people with hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids.
