Hi, Neighbor! I'm Dickie Billedeaux, owner and operator of your hometown Miracle-Ear. I am a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and I am a licensed Audioprosthologist BC-HIS in LA, TX, and MS. My wife, Carmen, and I opened Billedeaux Hearing Center in Lafayette, LA in 1999. After serving our hometown area for 12 years as independent hearing aid providers, we joined the Miracle-Ear family in 2011 and now own and operate 32 Miracle-Ear locations across LA, East TX, and MS.

Community

We believe that everyone has a duty to give back to their community. I have served as President of the Louisiana Society for Hearing Aid Specialists and I also serve on the board of directors and am a volunteer coach for our local youth sports organization. My wife and I also donate a percentage of every hearing aid we fit to the Miracle-Ear Foundation which provides hearing aids at no cost to people right here in the Hattiesburg area who can’t afford hearing help.

Morgan is your Licensed Practitioner at the Hattiesburg, MS Miracle-Ear Location. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and over 10 years of managerial experience with some of the largest companies in the state of Mississippi.

Morgan is a member of the International Hearing Society. Her proudest achievement is being awarded Provider of The Year for the Miracle-Ear Foundation program. She is the 2021 TOP PROVIDER in the nation. This was awarded to her for helping the most people in our community live a better quality of life with hearing aids.

Morgan takes great pride in her work to help people with hearing loss. It means the world to her to place hearing aids in a patient's ears and to see the immediate reaction from patients that have not heard normally in a long time. Hearing loss can happen to anyone. Today, more than 48 million Americans have some degree of hearing loss. There are three types of hearing loss: sensorineural, conductive and mixed hearing loss. While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
