Professional Experience

Danielle Oaks is a Las Vegas native. From Valedictorian in high school, she went on to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. There she attained a bachelor's degree in Integrative and Organismal Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Straight from UNLV she joined the Las Vegas Miracle-Ear family. She is a licensed hearing instrument specialist and nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences (BCHIS). She has been a part of the Miracle-Ear company for 10 years.

Credentials

Her hard work and diligence within Miracle-Ear Company has put her in a position to manage two of the Miracle-Ear stores in the Las Vegas area. Danielle and ALL her staff are proponents of the Miracle-Ear Foundation, which is an organization within Miracle-Ear that sponsors hearing instruments for not only children, but any person in need of hearing help that may not have the financial means to do so. Danielle and her staff are certified Miracle-Makers with the Miracle-Ear foundation.

While many elements can contribute to hearing loss, age and exposure to loud noise are the two most common. Signs of hearing loss include turning the TV volume up, difficulty hearing on the phone or asking people to repeat themselves. Luckily, hearing aids are a great treatment option for many.

Tinnitus

Do you hear buzzing, humming or ringing in the ears? You’re not alone. Nearly 10 to 15 percent of American adults have tinnitus. While most people experience moments or brief periods of hearing ringing in the ears at some time in their lives, some people experience tinnitus more regularly. Tinnitus is not a condition itself, but rather a symptom of another condition. 90 percent of people with tinnitus also have noise-induced hearing loss. The good news? Hearing aids can help.

Hearing aid repairs

Hearing aids are amazing devices—except when they’re not working properly. Just like other pieces of technology, they can sometimes experience technical issues. Luckily, our 3-year warranty* covers most hearing aid repairs. Repairs may be needed if troubleshooting your device hasn’t worked or your hearing aid has been physically damaged. The issue could be caused by one of a few things, including the internal tubing, microphone or case.

Hearing aid aftercare

At Miracle-Ear, we know that if we, together, take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. It's essential that your device functions properly and allows you to live life to the fullest. That's why we offer free lifetime service and hearing aid aftercare*. This includes clean and checks, adjustments, repairs and annual hearing tests.

*Miracle-Ear® lifetime aftercare not included with hearing aids purchased utilizing some insurance benefits.

Custom-fit

Our custom-fit hearing aids are molded to fit each person’s unique ear shape. Your hearing instrument specialist will take a mold of your ear while you're in the office. This is quick and painless! It will then get sent to the manufacturer, where your hearing aid will be created just for you. Custom-fit hearing aids are extremely comfortable, discreet and provide very natural sound quality.

Foundation

The Miracle-Ear Foundation provides hearing health care to children and adults with limited income and no other resources for hearing aids. We're proud that our hearing center participates in this amazing program, providing free hearing aids to those in need and continuing to support them through their hearing journey.
