For more than 75 years, Miracle-Ear has been committed to providing unsurpassed hearing health care and exceptional customer service to our patients, their families and the 1,500+ communities we serve. Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our patients and our employees is built into our DNA.

Regarding the ongoing spread of Covid-19, we are monitoring the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and are actively following the guidelines of local, state and federal health officials.

Safe Store Protocols

From day one, our priority has been to ensure the health and wellbeing of our people and our customers. We’ve partnered with internationally renowned experts, Anil K. Lalwani, MD, and E. Yoko Furuya, MD MS, from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, to implement rigorous protocols and safety standards in our stores designed to protect you and your loved ones. These critical measures have allowed us to continue to provide our essential services for those most in need of our care, and in the safest way possible. As the pandemic evolves and the situation warrants, know to that our protocols will adapt to meet the needs of everyone who walks through our doors. Store sanitization

We disinfect all surfaces exposed to customers and all test equipment in between all appointments. Unnecessary and shared use items have also been removed from the waiting rooms.

Temperature screening

Staff must measure body temperature daily and remain at home if temperature is over 100.0. Customers entering the store are required to have their body temperature measured and answer health questions. If over 100.0 they will have to reschedule.

Social distancing

To protect everyone’s health, it's necessary to keep a 6 feet distance from one another in our stores when possible. Appointments are scheduled to ensure safe customer flow, which includes avoiding overlap and enabling six-foot social distancing.

All staff, customers and companions will be wearing masks at all times while in our stores. We’re also requiring all customer and companions to wash their hands upon entry to our stores.
