Michael Joseph earned his B.Sc in Audiology from the University of Leeds in the UK and spent the first few years of his career in the public sector, helping patients hear better and reconnect with the things they love. He then held several Operations and Training roles in the private sector.
Michael moved to the U.S. in 2018 and began work as an Operations Manager for Miracle-Ear.
Having had exposure to both public sector and private audiology, Michael built a strong understanding of how to implement excellence in clinical and retail delivery to create a high-value service to customers. His expertise lies in service enhancement, developing new tools to provide the best possible experience to customers.
