“I’ve been a Miracle-Ear franchise owner for a few years now. One of the first goals I had was to have the best-trained staff. From sales training to certifications, at my center- we take it all very seriously. I believe that a well-trained and knowledgeable staff can do more than just help sell products- they can change lives. When a new team member joins our team, they spend over 3 weeks training to understand the Miracle-Ear products, our sales process and the importance of customer service. I want the best-trained staff, that’s my commitment to the Miracle-Ear brand and my commitment to each customer."
